All services are delivered based on a defined scope agreed with the client prior to or at the time of payment. The scope of each engagement is determined by the selected service category and the payment amount at the time of purchase.
3. Payment & Scope
The payment amount reflects the agreed scope of the service at the time of purchase. Each payment corresponds to a specific set of deliverables within the selected service category. Payments are processed for specific service engagements based on defined scope.
4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated. Exceptions may apply as required by applicable law. If you have questions about a specific engagement, please contact us before making a payment.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all software, designs, and deliverables produced by NovaAW Software LLC remain the property of the client upon full payment. NovaAW Software LLC retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
NovaAW Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
